Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on de¯nition of command and control system (C2 system) and Information pro- cessing system (IP system), giving their core business functions and working environment. By researching and analyzing the common patterns of system framework, the paper proposes collection of frameworks of C2 system and IP system for di®erent sizes and di®erent application scenarios. And resilient and con¯gurable system frameworks are also proposed according to the missions in this paper,to ¯t in with the intelligent and ubiquitous the information system development. It aims at providing references to framework designing and analyzing of of network-centric C2 system and IP system.
