Abstract: The combat capability evaluation is a test of integrating human and equipment, which is a qualitatively and quantitatively comprehensive integration assessment process, with vague and uncertainty. In order to carry out the evaluation test of combat capability scientifically and normatively, the application pattern of combat test of system-of-systems is expounded, and a logical framework of test activity management for combat capability evaluation is established, including the overall process of test activities, key threads and phase products. The support platform of test activity management for combat capability evaluation is designed, which provides an easy and standardized way to manage test activities for combat capability evaluation.
