Abstract:
The operational concepts and threat challenges driven by such new technologies as Mosaic Warfare and Decision-Centric Warfare and other technologies of the strong enemy are aimed to win. The decision-making requirement of the whole process of of future cross-domain joint operational command and control is focused on. The parallel intelligence theory framework is followed, the new paradigm of parallel command & control and management based on planning-readiness-execution-assessment (PREA)and observe-orient-decide-act(OODA) loops is studied to realize layered and personalized decision-making support of intelligent machine-assisted commanders and to reduce the recognition burden of commanders and to decrease the decision-making complexity. Intelligent extension and enchancement of the "brain" of commanders by the machine is realized and the track and support is provided for the shaping the superiority of global decision-making.
