Abstract: Based on the innovative ideas of general organizational structure and the space model of command and control （C2）method, the relationship between the central and the edge C2 unit in C2 organizational structure in network information age is described by six dimensions, including the distribution degree of decision-making rights, the horizontal coordination degree, the interaction degree, the size of C2 unit, the number of C2 unit and the intensity of relationship influence. The information sharing between the horizontal and vertical directions are clarified by building 6-dimension model of C2 organization structure, decision-making rights can be effectively empowered and distributed among different levels. The organization structure has more winning advantages in coping with the uncertain wartime environment in the network information age compared with the traditional structure.
