Abstract: Firstly, this paper explains the connotation of Operation Mission Planning System, and analyses the relationship among operation management,command and control ,mission planning. Secondly, starting from the winning mechanism of informationized war,it elaborates the development motivation and requirements of Operation Mission Planning System. Finally, the related key technologies and development proposal are suggested.
