Abstract: The evaluation method for the operational command behaviors based on the characteristics of combat operations is proposed to evaluate the operational command behaviors of joint operation commanders objectively and quantitatively in the process of wargaming. Firstly, the operational event knowledge graph is constructed according to the operational events sequence generated by the joint operational commanders in command of operations, then the characteristics of combat operations are extracted by the two-layer graph attention network and the ConvKB model. Finally, the operational command behaviors of joint operation commanders are evaluated based on CatBoost algorithm. The experimental results show that this method can evaluate the behaviors of joint operational commanders objectively and effectively.
