Abstract:Due to the nonlinearity of inverter and winding asymmetry, the dual three-phase synchronous motor drive systems contain a large number of periodic disturbances. They exist in the stator winding in the form of current harmonics, which causes current distortion and system loss. A harmonic suppression method based on proportional resonance-extended state observer is proposed to address the problem. Firstly, the extended state observer superimposed with multiple proportional resonant modules not only observes the total
disturbance of the harmonic subspace, but also aims to amplify the harmonic current amplitude. Secondly, as for the controlled objects after the improvement, the model predictive current control is introduced to improve the dynamic response of the system. Finally, the experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the system loss and improve the current sine degree.
