Large Language Models for Cognitive Warfare in Cyberspace: Technologies and Challenges

Abstract:With the rapid advancement of large language models technology, its application in the field of cognitive warfare in cyberspace demonstrates tremendous potential. Based on its development history and unique advantages of large language models, the cognitive warfare field of cyberspace is focused on, the key technical roadmaps of large language models are sorted out from four aspects, situation awareness, cognition, identification, and information warfare. The specific strategies for applying it in cognitive warfare of cyberspace and future challenges are analyzed in details, the theoretical and technical supports are provided for China to acquire the new combat power in the emerging fields.
