Abstract:To satisfy the requirements of dynamic collaboration among military information systems, this paper presents a rule-based adaptive method, which utilizes the compound technique of workflow and Agent. Then a dynamic collaborative hierarchical model for military applications, and a constructive process model for cooperative Community of Tasks (COT) is proposed. The models describe the detailed adaptive collaborative mechanism. Simulation results show that the proposed method e®ectively and effciently support the construction and collaboration of further military COT.
