Abstract:
Addressing the challenge of rapid closed-loop in anti-unmanned swarm operations(AUS), the dynamic construction of the command and control(C2)system, which is the core element of the AUS system, has been focused on. Based on systems engineering theory, a framework is proposed for building the C2 system for AUS operations. The steps are established for designing, constructing, evolving and evaluating the C2 system for AUS. The iterative evolution modes at different stages are analyzed, and the functional verification of the framework and processes is conducted. A theoretical approach for the design and construction of the AUS system is provided, and insights are offered for the innovative applications in C2 fields such as operational planning.
