    反无人集群作战指挥控制体系动态构建方法

    Dynamic Construction Methods of Command and Control Systems for Anti-unmanned Swarm Operations

    • 摘要: 针对反无人集群作战体系快速闭环难题,围绕反无人集群作战体系的核心要素——指挥与控制体系动态构建问题,基于体系工程理论,提出了反无人集群作战指挥与控制体系构建框架,建立了反无人集群作战指挥与控制体系的设计与构建、演化与评估步骤,剖析了不同阶段的体系迭代演进方式,并进行了框架和流程功能验证,为开展反无人集群作战体系设计与构建提供了理论方法,也为作战筹划等指挥与控制领域的创新应用提供了思路借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the challenge of rapid closed-loop in anti-unmanned swarm operations(AUS), the dynamic construction of the command and control(C2)system, which is the core element of the AUS system, has been focused on. Based on systems engineering theory, a framework is proposed for building the C2 system for AUS operations. The steps are established for designing, constructing, evolving and evaluating the C2 system for AUS. The iterative evolution modes at different stages are analyzed, and the functional verification of the framework and processes is conducted. A theoretical approach for the design and construction of the AUS system is provided, and insights are offered for the innovative applications in C2 fields such as operational planning.
