    基于DoDAF2.0 的边境联防体系结构设计

    Border Joint Defense System Architecture Design Based on DoDAF 2.0

    • 摘要: 边境联防任务日益繁重,传统联防手段远不能适应需要,边境联防信息化建设水平不高且缺少科学的顶层设计,不同联防单位的信息系统难以互联、互通、互操作,已有联防信息化建设成果难继承,存在重复投入、资源浪费。从顶层设计的角度出发,采用体系结构手段,梳理核心数据要素,建立体系结构多视角与描述模型集合,并基于DoDAF2.0 相关描述模型,采用体系结构工具进行开发,明确边境联防系统建设的顶层需求与建设指导。

       

      Abstract: Currently, the task of border joint defense becomes more and more arduous. The traditional means of coordination are far from being able to adapt to the needs, and the level of border joint defense information construction is not high enough and lacks scientific toplevel design. The information systems of different joint defense units are difficult to interconnect, intercommunicate, and interoperate, and the results of joint defense informationization are difficult to inherit, causing repeated investment and waste of resources. From the perspective of top-level design, the architecture means is utilized, the core data elements are sorted out, a multi-viewpoint architecture and description model set are established, and the related description models based on the DoDAF 2.0 are developed with architecture tool, the top-level requirements and construction guidance of the construction of joint border defense system are specified.
