Abstract:Currently, the task of border joint defense becomes more and more arduous. The traditional means of coordination are far from being able to adapt to the needs, and the level of border joint defense information construction is not high enough and lacks scientific toplevel design. The information systems of different joint defense units are difficult to interconnect, intercommunicate, and interoperate, and the results of joint defense informationization are difficult to inherit, causing repeated investment and waste of resources. From the perspective of top-level design, the architecture means is utilized, the core data elements are sorted out, a multi-viewpoint architecture and description model set are established, and the related description models based on the DoDAF 2.0 are developed with architecture tool, the top-level requirements and construction guidance of the construction of joint border defense system are specified.
