Abstract:Aiming at the dynamic resource scheduling problem of command and control(C2)organization against time-critical targets, a multi-objective dynamic resource scheduling model of C2 organization is constructed from the perspective of "task-capability-resource" three-level optimal adaptation, and task completion quality and task completion time are taken as resource scheduling measures. The improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the attack window of time-critical target could be reduced by 28.46% considering the task completion time, the attack ability of time-critical targets under the background of Mosaic War is effectively improved.
