Abstract: Based on Kylin operation system, a command information system is constructed which integrating indepen- dent controlled production such as database and word processing software, the system provides with many functions include information integrating, auxiliary decision, command operation, situation display and safety protection, and re- alizes independent controlled technology application, validates feasibility which achieve a command information system. Some measures are provided which solve many problems such as functions, GUI friendly characteristics, stability and compatibility.
