Abstract:In order to solve the mathematical model problem of OODA command circulation time measuring, operational system-of-systems (OSOS) network model is built. The information interaction rate of the OSOS network is proposed as an index to measure the information processing speed of the OSOS. The method to calculate the network information interaction rate of the OSOS is given based on network model. The mathematical model of OSOS combat OODA time is present by modeling the spent time of \observe" phase, \orient" phase, \decide" phase and \act" phase separately. Simulation experiment veri¯es the validity of OSOS network information processing rate and the rationality of OODA command circulation time measuring model.
