Abstract：The necessity of airborne software airworthiness review is analyzed in combination with the current status of domestic airborne software development. The concrete process of airborne software airworthiness review are proposed in combination with foreign military experience and development characteristics of our military aircraft airborne software. According to the proposed processes, the principle and method to formulate important review points are suggested from the prospective of uni¯cation of documents, objects and activities. Then, the paper takes the planning phase of Level A software as an example, proposes principles and some examples of important review points, and then formulate important review points. The research not only can provide evidence to some departments or units in implementing DO-178B/C, but also can provide experiences and references to develop airworthiness management platforms for airborne software.
