    面向复杂系统的“OODA+Cynefin”框架

    "OODA+Cynefin" Framework for Complex Systems

    • 摘要: 信息化智能化的发展导致作战环境日益复杂,对指挥控制框架提出了新的要求。在分析OODA环理论发展历程的基础上,结合Cynefin模型,提出了面向复杂系统的“OODA+Cynefin”基本框架。该框架的核心在于对复杂作战环境的认知方式以及处理方式。在分析复杂作战环境的基础上,结合Cynefin模型构建了基于意识模型与行为模型的判断环节,可根据复杂作战环境的类别,有效地实现对复杂作战环境的认知。分析了该框架在马赛克战背景下的应用方式。

       

      Abstract: The development of informatization and intelligence has led to an increasingly complex combat environment, and has put forward new requirements for the command and control framework. Based on the analysis of the development process of OODA loop theory, combined with the Cynefin model, a basic framework of "OODA+Cynefin" for complex systems is proposed. The core of the framework lies in the way of cognition and processing of the complex combat environment. Based on the analysis of the complex combat environment, combined with the Cynefin model, the judgment process based on the cognition model and the behavior model is constructed, which can effectively realize the cognition of the complex combat environment according to the categories of the complex combat environment. The application mode of the proposed framework in the context of mosaic warfare is analyzed.
