    Clear up the "Electromagnetic Mystery": Adversarial Sample Defense Technology of Electromagnetic Signals

    • 摘要: 电磁信号对抗样本防御技术旨在拨开“电磁迷雾”,减轻电磁信号智能识别系统在对抗样本攻击下受到的欺骗威胁。总结当前电磁信号智能欺骗特点与反欺骗研发需求,从技术层面探讨被动防御与主动防御两类方法,系统梳理现有的电磁信号对抗样本防御技术并进行对比分析,讨论电磁信号对抗样本防御面临的主要挑战与未来的发展趋势,为未来电磁信号安全领域的研究与实践提供重要参考。

       

      Abstract: The adversarial sample defense technology of electromagnetic signals aims to clear up the "electromagnetic mystery" and to alleviate the deception threats of electromagnetic signal recognition systems against adversarial attacks. By summarizing the current characteristics of intelligent electromagnetic signal deception and the research and development and needs for counter-deception, two types of passive and active defense methods are explored from a technical perspective. The existing defense technologies against adversarial samples in electromagnetic signals are systematically reviewed and comparatively analyzed.The main challenges and future development trends in adversarial sample defense technology of electromagnetic signals are discussed, providing important references for future research and practice in the field of electromagnetic signal security.
