Abstract: This paper explores how to transform“AI for Science”into“Decision Intelligence for Decision Science”, positioning artificial intelligence and intelligent technologies as a new driving force for revolutionizing traditional command and control science and technology, as well as ensuring military strength and defense security. The discussion focuses on the historical evolution of decision intelligence concepts, methods, and technologies, including the historical progress of ISDOS, EMS, Computer Conferencing, Decision Theaters, and Parallel Theaters. Additionally, it examines the role and significance of Decision 5.0, parallel decision intelligence with parallel decision theaters, and related interactive and intelligent theatrical technology in future C++ISR.
