Abstract: Artificial intelligence （AI）technologies provide new ideas and methods for the attackers and defenders of the electromagnetic spectrum warfare. With the help of AI technologies, smart jamming has drawn increasing attentions due to the ability to achieve smart jamming attacks. From three aspects of strategic purpose, carrying method and effect feedback, this paper clarifies the concept connotation and analyzes the logical characteristics of smart jamming. Finally, this paper hopes to depict the overall framework of the smart jamming and provide some theoretical support for its realization.
